AIRTIGHT TRANSFER HATCH

COMPONENTS

The transfer hatch is mainly composed of the following parts:

  • Airtight inner chamber

  • Airtight door

  • Viewing window

  • UV light

  • Mechanical and electronic interlock

  • Fumigation and disinfection unit

  • Embedded frame

Material:

The doors and the inner chamber consist of 304 or 316 L stainless steel with a thickness of 2-5 mm. The internal cavity is integrally formed, the welding seam is polished 0.4u, and the corners are smooth.

SPECIFICATIONS

Inner Size (length – width – depth)                     Wall Opening Size
600×600×600 mm                                                  830×830 mm
800×800×800 mm                                                  1030×1030 mm

These are two standard models.

Customized models can be manufactured.

FEATURES

  • Corrosion resistance

  • High and low temperature resistance: - 60°C to +260°C

  • Waterproof and impact resistant

  • No deformation up to 2500 Pa

  • The surface is smooth. The built-in arcs reduce dead angles.

  • A three-sided ultraviolet disinfection lamp is optional. The disinfection time can be set during the disinfection process. Both doors have to be closed.

  • It is equipped with a pipe for the circulating air.

  • The interior is equipped with lighting.

  • It is equipped with an emergency door opening button and buzzer alarm. The alarm signal is fed to the central control room.

Airtightness:

The inner chamber is an airtight shell. The air pressure of 1500 Pa inside the cavity does not drop lower than 1250 Pa within 20 minutes.

The leakage rate per minute under 1000 Pa is 0.01% of the volume of the hatch and was subject to an external audit.
