BIBO

The bag in/bag out filtration system (BIBO) with double in situ serves for high-efficiency filtration of supply and exhaust air in bio-safety laboratories. The filter replacement with the help of the bag in/bag out system prevents the personnel from suffering any harm caused by pathogenic factors.

2000 m³ - 16000 m³                        according to the air volume

The BIBO with a double in situ is available in a variety of models according to the air volume. The air volume ranges from 2000 m³ to 16000 m³. There are 8 types of standard models with the following air volume: 2000 m³, 4000 m³, 6000 m³, 8000 m³, 10000 m³, 12000 m³, 14000 m³, 16000 m³.

Customized models can be manufactured.

FEATURES

  • Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it can resist routine laboratory disinfection and corrosion.

  • The product has a firm structure and resists a pressure of 2500 Pa.

  • The airtightness meets the requirements of the ASME AG-1 2003 ‘Code on Nuclear Air and Gas Treatment’ with zero leakage as well as the EN 12266-2:2002 Class A standard.

  • The system is equipped with a high-efficiency filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for particles with a particle diameter of 0.3 μm.

  • The system is equipped with an in situ detection function which allows the monitoring of the filtering effect without disassembling the equipment.

  • The aerosol sampling port can exactly locate the leak and has an anti-winding function.

  • The high-efficiency filter can be replaced safely with the bag in/bag out system. The replacement is easy to handle with the tow hook at the filter installation place. It can be completed by one or two persons.

  • The standard disinfection interface serves to disinfect the equipment in situ.

  • The filter resistance-detection function allows a display on-site as well as a remote signal to remind users to replace the filter in time.
