DOUBLE IN SITU PIPELINE HEPA
The double in situ pipeline HEPA is used in biological safety laboratories in the ventilating riser of the toxic wastewater as well as for the high-efficient filtration of the drain and overflow pipes. It has an online detection function.

FEATURES
Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, it can resist routine laboratory disinfection and corrosion. The airtightness meets the test pressure of 1000 Pa, and the leakage rate per minute does not exceed 0.05 % of the volume.
The initial vibration of each high-efficiency filter section under the design air volume is ≤300 Pa. The filtering efficiency of the filter under the rated air volume is 99.99% at 0.3 μm.
The edge of the filter is effectively squeezed to ensure that the sealing gasket or the liquid seal do not leak.
The filter element is put into the electric heating jacket. The moisture can be dried to reduce the penetration of the filter element. At the same time, the electric heating jacket can heat the filter element to 150℃.
The scanning detection unit is equipped with a sampling port and a quick isolation device.
The built-in scanning system meets the requirements of the IEST RP-CC-001.4 for laminar flow and biological grade high-efficiency filters.
Each filter section of the equipment is equipped with a pressure detection system.
